The Harvest Series - Official Event Guide
The inaugural Harvest Series Tournament will take place October 24–25 at the Spence Eccles Sports Complex in Ogden, featuring top high school lacrosse teams from the region. Each team is guaranteed at least three games, with opportunities to play more. NCAA and MCLA collegiate recruiting staff will attend, providing athletes with valuable exposure. The event will also include small business vendors, lacrosse brands, program ambassadors, and local food trucks, creating a vibrant game day atmosphere. With limited spots and high demand, teams are encouraged to register soon to secure their place.
Basic Tournament Information
Dates: October 24th & 25th
Location: Spence Eccles Community Sportplex Ogden, Utah. 1950 Monroe Blvd.
Registration Fee: $998
Friday Schedule: 4-10PM
Saturday Schedule: 10-2PM

Team Check-in: All teams should check in upon arrival each morning at the operations tent located at reference the star on the map.
Restrooms: Located next to staff tent near Field #1 and in permanent facility next to soccer field.
Food & Beverage: Food and beverage will be available for purchase on site from local vendors.

Format
NFHS Official Rules
All games will be played by NFHS rules. The rule book can be found here.
Game Structure
Halves: 20 minutes running each; Halftime: 7 minutes; Tiebreakers: Braveheart for pool play, overtime for bracket games TBD; Running
Clock; 1 time-out per game (2 minutes).
Brackets & Game Times
Play schedules and bracketing will be published shortly after registration closes. Live updates on game day can be found on our instagram @UTLacrosseCollective and coaches will receive updates via Tourney Machine. An in-person bracket will be published at the information tent on site.

Emergency Services & Weather Policies

Weather Policy: Weather delays follow Weber County High School policy. In case of snow, staff will
communicate decisions transparently.
Weather Updates: Posted on Tourney Machine.
Lightning/Severe Weather: Fields cleared for 30 minutes after last lightning strike. Rain/unsafe
conditions may cause delays, shortened games, or cancellations.
General Policies: No alcohol permitted. Attendees must follow facility rules and staff instructions.
